How does SMS pricing work?
Your plan covers the software. Texts are paid with credits at $0.01 per SMS segment (160 characters) and $0.05 per MMS. Credits never expire and roll over month to month. You also get 100 free credits when your number is set up, plus a one-time bonus of 250 (Starter) or 1,000 (Professional) credits when you first subscribe.
How long until I can start sending?
You can set up your account, import contacts and write campaigns on day one. New numbers must be verified by the carriers (10DLC or toll-free), which takes about 5 business days. We prepare and submit the registration for you.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Plans are month-to-month or yearly, with no setup fees. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file — duplicates and invalid numbers are removed and existing opt-outs are respected.
What happens if I run out of credits?
We'll let you know when your balance is getting low, and you can add credits instantly from your dashboard.
